I've always gravitated toward roles where strategy and execution intersect. At Horizon, I focus on improving internal workflows, enhancing our brand presence, and driving innovation through thoughtful, practical implementation. Whether I'm developing marketing initiatives, evaluating new technologies, or optimizing how our teams work, I'm motivated by the impact that strong operations can have on the entire organization.

My background spans account management and business development, insurance operations, and technology consulting, giving me a broad perspective on how systems, people, and processes connect. I'm currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Iowa, where I'm expanding my expertise in leadership, innovation, and organizational strategy—all of which directly influence the work I do at Horizon.

I believe operational excellence is one of the most powerful ways to support both the business and the people behind it. Every improvement, no matter how small, creates momentum. That's what drives me: building a foundation that allows Horizon to grow, evolve, and deliver its best work.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hunting in the fall and winter, and participating in activities that keep me physically active. I have an amazing wife, Sierra, and a dog named Theo. We love going on walks and taking him to the dog park when the weather is nice.
